This is a sample of an online bridal registry gift list. Notice that online buyers have the ability to view an image of the item along with the price. (This is a much better system than the traditional list, which never quotes a price) The item description (kept general here) is detailed and includes manufacturer and model specifics.

The "requested number" is how much quantity the newly wed couple asked for, and the "still need" number shows how much more is left to complete the order. Availability is quoted and if in stock usually reads within seven days; if not in stock, then a two-week shipment may be quoted.
